Hello Griffin Families!
We are getting ready for the Thanksgiving Holiday, 4 weeks until finals!
Math 1 has learned how to solve linear systems in two variables, and lately we are working with other functions and practicing our graphing.
In Math 2 we have been adding to our knowledge from last year. We have looked at transformations of functions as a method to transform any function, and we will be working with and graphing some new functions as well.
Everyone has been working hard, and doing a great job of collaborating and helping each other as we learn new math concepts!
In crochet club we have been enjoying taking the time to have a down moment and concentrating on our stitching. Some students are working on a hat, while others have just started a star blanket project. It is great to see them out of the academic setting and interacting with one another regardless of grade level. Crocheting is also great for reducing anxiety and stress! Thank you for all of your support, and for helping your students be successful!
